COUNTY SEAT OF APACHE

This question which has been agitated in our Courts for over twelve months, has finally been disposed of by Judge Silent, who finds that the election in that County in some respects was irregular and orders that Springerville be the County Seat.   At the coming election this County Seat business will probably come up again, when the vote of the people will decide where they want headquarters established.   If the last election was illegal, then the matter can be properly brought up again at the next election.
