Personally appeared before me this 14th day of November 1885, John Johnson, of the County and Territory aforesaid, who, first being duly sworn, complains and says: That one Lee Renfro, did, with great violence and force, unlawfully and felonious and against the will of Affiant, there after, and violence, against one of Affiant's children and committed other acts of violence such as shooting with a pistol on his, Affiants premises to the great danger of the lives of Affiants family, all of which is contrary to the forms of the Statute in such cases made and provided, and against the peace and dignity of the Territory of Arizona.  Said complaint prays that a warrant may be issued for the arrest of the said Lee Renfro and that he may be placed under bond to keep the peace.

Warrant issued in pursuance of the foregoing complaint.   Returned made of same with Defendant on the 14th day of November 1885.   Defendant entered into undertaking to keep the peace.
